Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
The goal of mindfulness is to wake up to the inner workings of mental, emotional, and physical processes. This 60 minute session will focus on an area of distress within your daily life through shared input form you as well as intuitively guided messages received.

The body is composed of energy. To restore balance to the body’s energy, negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption must be kept in balance. EFT (Tapping) restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered. The technique is similar to acupuncture and achieves healing through stimulating the body’s meridians and energy flow.
